My experience with the ADHD centre has been brief but helpful. I received my diagnosis in a professional and quick manner which would have taken much longer had I sought other routes for the diagnosis, and treatment began as quickly as I had hoped. All the staff members and doctor I interacted with are courteous, friendly and professional.

Although the diagnosis and medication process has been ridiculously expensive (as it is with all providers), the ADHD centre have been pretty consistently good when it comes to service. Appointments have been easy, they're responsive over email (although responses were sometimes a bit short and not as helpful as they could've been), and I haven't had any major issues. The medication company they go through that I have to buy the medication off is horrifically expensive (roughly £100 for 4 weeks of 30mg Elevanse), that's probably the case for most private ADHD places. It's been a very easy process, and transformative for my day-to-day life. Overall I'd definitely recommend, they've been very good to me on the whole. 9/10

Dr Keay, has a genuine desire to do what’s right for her patient. She’s knowledgeable and makes her patient feel safe and to build trust. The care she gives my daughter has helped her to thrive and develop with her neurodivergence.

I was so worried about my ADHD assessment but Dr Zadeh was calm and set me at ease. He gave me space to explain myself and listened carefully. I am hoping that this diagnosis is going to change my life.

A very professional and flexible service. Dr Zadeh has been so kind, helpful and patient. I felt validated and listened to and I had lots of opportunities to ask my questions. I really feel like I have been in such good hands and the diagnosis and treatment of my ADHD has made a huge difference to my life. Thank you so much Dr Zadeh

I booked an ADHD assessment via the ADHD centre. The phsychiatrist coached me through a couple of aspects of the assessment to ensure a positive result. Then his report included his opinion that I may have a different mental illness that recommended having assessed (for £2k I believe). Then he was uncontactable for weeks to book any follow up or help with a treatment plan despite multiple assurances that someone would get back to me in a day or two. When I made a complaint I was told that the Dr had a reputation across the business for not getting back to patients on time, and that he's also their most popular psychiatrist, which feels like they care about income more than care giving. Run a mile. There are lots of quality caregivers out there.
